The 10th annual Mongolian Geology and Exploration Roudnup and Expo 2018 is going on March 22-23 at Corporate Convention Centre. The event is organised by Mining Resources and Petroleum Authority (MRPAM), Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry, Specialised Inspection Agency as well as technical universities and Mongolian Geologists Association. This is the largest annual event in the country's geology and mining sector with 10 concurrent sessions, 2000 attendees, presentations of various companies of their exploration works results and discoveries, investors meetings, photo, maps, and minerals exhibitions, students conference, training sessions and presentations of new equipment and technologies, the "Best in the Industry" award ceremonies, and many more other exciting proceedings.
This year the Public Relations Office of MRPAM is helping us, Women in Mining Mongolia, to collect data from participating mining companies and attendees for the WIMM's second survey on the role of in Mongolian extractive industry.
