T.KHALIUN 
GENERAL MANAGER


Khaliuna graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Soyombo University of Mongolia. Since graduation, she has been working at Mongolian and foreign invested companies engaged in mining, exploration and drilling. Currently, Khaliuna works at Australian joint venture  Titeline Resources Mongolia LLC which provides drilling & geological services.

She has been active among women’s and youth social groups in Ulaanbaatar and now serves as media and communications manager at WIMM. At her free time she likes to play basketball and other sports.

B.ENKHJARGAL (ENHE)
PROJECTS MANAGER


​Enhe is a graduate of University of Humanities and Academy of Management of  Mongolia and Seoul National University, S.Korea
She is experienced in working at mining, equipment and machinery supply and new processing technologies companies in Mongolia and Republic of Korea.

As for Enhe’s public, non-for-profit interests, the junction between mining and health of miners and surrounding communities has been a point of her notable voluntary works and studies. 
She is managing the survey of long-term health impacts of mining operations in rural areas of Mongolia aimed at preventive diagnostics and followup actions through local discussions and polling and data analysis.

​N.TSELMEGSAIKHAN (TSEKU)
ANALYST, FUNDRAISER


Economist by profession, Tseku is a graduate of Mongolian National University and, currently, is a graduate student of School of Government, Perking University. 
​She worked as a consultant on several projects, under the World Bank and Asian Development Bank, related to mineral wealth income and its management. 
She has experience of working on preparing draft laws governing the public wealth funds and revenues accumulated from the nation's mining sector. She worked to enhance the capacity of stakeholders of the Mongolian public wealth funds.

Intern, 2021

Nomuuna is a bachelor's student of the Chung-Ang University in Seoul, S.Korea. She studies economics at the College of Business and Economics of this university. Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, she temporarily returned to Ulaanbaatar and continues her undergraduate studies online. And meanwhile she is actively engaged in WIM Mongolia's work.

Besides volunteering at WIMM, she spends her free time reading and participating in other actions of social causes organized by the circle of her young crowd.

​A.NAMUUN 
2015-2017

Namuuna graduated MBA in marketing from National University of Mongolia in 2012. Since her graduation, she has been working in the mining industry and has held different management roles in sales, marketing, procurement, in private companies.
She is a young entrepreneur who founded the one and only marketing research & consulting firm, specializing in the mining supply market. Prior to that she worked for the Wagner Asia Group Company and volunteered for the Business Council of Mongolia. She also worked for the Urban Planning Capacity Building Project of World Bank as coordinator. Namuun is dedicated in the professional fields of market research and marketing intelligence. She promotes sustainable development, women empowerment, social participation and social enterprise.

Suvy Mystraye
2015 - 2017
Suvy holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from University of Science & Technology, Mongolia. In 2014, she completed a year-long “Leadership” training with the “Minerva Foundation for BC Women”.
Suvy was born and brought up in Mongolia and is currently working in the Canadian Mining Industry. Besides her professional work, Suvy enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community. Suvy founded Immigrant Women in Mining BC (“iWiM BC”) a networking group designed to support immigrant women to explore a meaningful career in the Canadian Mining Industry. Suvy also serves as a Steering Committee Member with Mining Industry Human Resources Council of Canada (“MiHR”).
